Delivery Time: Processing Time + Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates depend on several factors, including the destination address, your chosen shipping option, and how quickly we can prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on your selected shipping method.

We’re pleased to offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide. The standard shipping option will take 10 to 15 business days, while expedited shipping takes 5 to 10 business days, with an additional 1 to 3 business days for processing every order. Taxes & Duties:
In most countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT (Value-Added Tax). However, certain countries (especially European countries like Germany, Italy, the UK, and Canada) may require payment of duties or VAT according to local regulations.

Important Information:
Hugyshop is not responsible for delays due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Please note that holidays do not count as business days and should be taken into account when calculating shipping times. Unexpected delays may occur due to thorough inspections or stock issues, especially during high-demand periods.

If you don’t receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

Please reach out to us within 6 months of shipment if your package hasn’t arrived. Our support team (info@hugyshop.com) will respond within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
