Acceptance of Policy

Hugyshop reserves the right to update these rules when necessary, and any updates will be posted on our website with immediate effect. If you do not accept this policy, you waive your use of Hugyshop’s services. All buyers or suppliers are deemed to accept the policy by using our services.

For after-sales issues, buyers should submit a return and refund application within 30 days from the delivery date.

Upon submitting an after-sales application, buyers must provide evidence (as stated below). If buyers fail to provide timely and adequate evidence, Hugyshop reserves the right to reject the return or refund request.

All returned items must be in good condition with the original packaging, including manufacturer tags, parts, and accessories.

Hugyshop will ultimately determine whether the provided evidence is compelling.

Return and Refund Scenarios

  1. Order Not Shipped After Processing Time
    • Buyers may apply for a full refund if an order is not shipped within the processing time displayed on the order page.
  2. Incorrect Receipt Information
    • If the buyer provides incorrect delivery details, please contact customer service promptly.
    • If the order has not shipped, the address can be updated.
    • If the order has shipped, buyers may need to work with the logistics company for redelivery.
    • For approved refunds, buyers must return the product at their own expense and upload tracking information. Hugyshop may deduct repackaging and restocking fees if applicable.
  3. Non-Defective Products
    • For returns of non-defective items, buyers bear return shipping costs and must upload tracking information. Repacking and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Defective Products (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or quality issues)
    • Buyers must report issues within 5 business days of delivery and provide evidence (e.g., photos of damaged products and shipping labels).
    • For issues arising after usage, buyers have up to 30 days from the delivery date to submit evidence. Hugyshop reserves the right to deny requests without adequate proof.
    • If Hugyshop agrees to a refund, buyers should return the item and provide tracking information for a full refund upon receipt.
  5. Logistics Issues
    • Invalid Tracking Number: Contact us for assistance if the tracking number is incorrect.
    • Tracking Updates: If tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, contact customer service for resolution.
    • Delayed Delivery: If transit time exceeds the estimated delivery date by 10 days, buyers should contact us.
